Who we are
IBC Tote Recycling Services operates ibctoterecyclingservices.com, a referral service for IBC totes. We pass quote requests to buy, sell, recondition, recycle or move totes to partner suppliers in our network. Partner suppliers, not this site, provide the products and services.
What information we collect
When you submit the quote form, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include:
- Your first and last name
- Email address and phone number
- Company name
- Location details: street address, city, state or province, and postal code
- Your message and any project details you include
- Quote specifics: product type, quantity, service, grade and timeframe
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages about your request
- The page you were on when you submitted the form and how you arrived at the site (for example a referring page or campaign tag), so the request has context
Please don't send sensitive personal information through the form.
How your request is used and shared
Your submission is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which routes it to partner suppliers in our network so they can prepare a quote and contact you about your request. Partner suppliers use your details to respond to that request; their own privacy practices apply once they contact you. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.
Text messages
If you tick the text-message box on the form, a partner supplier may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is not required to request a quote.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Visitors in Europe, or whose browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, are counted without cookies or storage on their device; other visitors may receive a first-party analytics cookie. The site sets no advertising cookies and does not build advertising profiles about you.
Data retention
Quote requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and keep a reasonable record of it, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Partner suppliers who become your supplier may keep records under their own policies and legal obligations.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted. Send your request through the quote form using the same email address, and say what you would like done.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
